The difference between I12.0/I12.9 and I13.10/I13.11

Can anyone please tell me the difference between I12.0/I12.9 Hypertensive kidney disease versus I13.10/I13.11 Hypertensive heart and chronic kidney disease without heart failure?

I13.10 and I13.11 would include hypertensive heart diseases other than heart failure (hypertensive heart diseases classified under I51.4 through I51.9, per the includes note under I11) in addition to hypertensive CKD.
