Need your help please.

We billed Tricare and denied CPT 90723 & 92587 due to procedure codes are inconsistent with the patient's age (11/18/2011).

What should be the correct CPT code to use?

Did you really give hepatitis B vaccine to an infant or did you give Hemophilus influenza type B? look at 90698
