Wiki The use of CPT code 20900 for a co-surgeon & Modifier 62

One of our co-surgeons who assisted with a “open reduction and internal fixation of panfacial fracture, augmentation of facial fracture with calvarial bone graft and application of hardware and removal of fixation device.” One of our coders has coded the procedure as 20900 with a Modifier 62. Guidelines states that the 62 cannot be used.

Any thoughts on what other CPT code would be applicable for this procedure with the use of Modifier 62?
