Hello everyone. How are you? Getting ready for Thankgiving? I have a question regarding documentation for procedure codes 97032 and 97112. They are 3 units each and the time is 45 minutes. Do I bill for both procedure codes or just one? Also, how would this information be documented in the patient's chart? Please help. This is a new area for me. Thanks in advance for your help.
