What are we using for "thermal chondroplasty" (scope) of medial compartment knee?
In the past I was told "thermal" does not meet the rvu's, does not meet the "work" as mechanical chondroplasty does.
Are you using unlisted? OR are your payors accepting 29877/G0289 for thermal?
I would appreciate any thoughts
