Thermal Shrinkage to the wrist

Is there a code for thermal shrinkage done arthroscopically? Patient has a left wrist ligament injury, physician performed wrist arthroscopy w/synovitis debridement and thermal shrinkage of the extrinsic ligaments. An incision was not made to warrent 25320. Please help!...
