Wiki Thoracic aortogram - what should the findings be

I am so confused on the difference between a cervicocerbral arch and a thoracic aortogram. Just what should I see as the findings for a true thoracic aortogram?

Dr. Z does a nice job of describing code 36221 but seems a little fuzzy for the 75605.

Can anyone give me any tips of what to look for?

The lower thoracic aorta would needed to be described for 75605.
