Which codes would you recommend for right mini thoracotomy with segmental resection of middle lobe and upper lobe of right lung with extensive repair.

Hi,

These can be a challenge! There is not a code under the "Incision" Thoracotomy section including 'segmental resection,' look at 32480 - 32484.
