Hello,
I could use some help please. My physician did a mini thoracotomy with a biopsy of the subcarnial lymph node. All I can find are add on codes. He did not biopsy the lung and it was not done for diagnostic purpose. Can anyone guide me to the correct code, I really don't want to use an unlisted code:(
