What is the CPT code??
 
Since nothing comes up in CPT under this description, we would need the op report description to pair it with the most appropriate code. In Encoder Pro the closest thing I saw was 32665 Thorascopy, surgical, with esophagomyotomy, but I don't know if that is the procedure that was done. There is a detailed description in the Encoder application or you can google it online for more information.
