I know that the tenotomy (release of) the hip adductors is included, I would think that the repair is included as well as the problem was more then likely caused by the surgeon while dissecting to do the THR..
he actually documented that "based on imaging and examination it was felt there was some deficiency of the right abductors.....this also included possible repair of hip abductors". in his FINDINGS section of the op.
I assume that if it was already a problem that he would be able to repair and get reimbursed. It's clearly documented but not sure if it will work.
