Hello everyone,

My doctor coded threat ab (640.03) with CPT code 76830. I query with physician and she said that is a GYN diagnosis. Can someone clarify that???

Hi there,

640.03 is in the pregnancy complication code range.
Try 76815 for abdominal and 76817 for vaginal U/S.
