Wiki Thrombectomy- common, profunda & SFA

The doctor is doing a thrombectomy of the common femoral, profunda and superficial femoral arteries. I know that 34201 would be used but what i'm unsure is if I can only bill that once and it would inclue all 3 arteries, or if i could bill that code three times to reflect the three arteries. I know that they are in the same vascular "family" but i'm unsure on this code's rules on that. Please help! :confused:
