Hello,

I had a physician do thrombectomy to left external iliac and left common iliac artery. The physician used Lightening Bolt 7 aspiration catheter from Penumbra was advanced over the wire and multiple aspirations were preformed in the left external iliac and left common iliac artery. Also, used Penumbra Indgio System Separator catheter with the bolt at the end of the wire and was able to cross abdominal aorta. Any suggestions on what cpt code to use?
