Our vascular surgeon many times does superficial femoral artery (35302), common femoral artery (35371), and deep femoral artery (35372) endarterectomies all of which are diseased. Is is appropriate to add 59 modifiers to 35371 and 35372 (which are column 2 codes to 35302) or are these considered contiguous structures and, therefore, not billable. Appreciate any help with this.
