Can we code the 75774 for the thyrocervial, after selecting and imaging the subclavian artery (36225)? According to MedLearn we can code the 75574 for the thyrocervical, costocervical after selecting the Vertebral artery (36226).

IMO, only if you are selecting the thyrocervical or costocervical artery. I have seen very little information to help clarify this scenario.
