Would someone please help me with this coding headache???
Patient had a Re-Exploration of the neck with Left Thyroid Lobectomy and removal of a large substernal pretracheal goiter. The patient had a previous Thyroidectomy and they are removing what is left of that thyroid lobe and also removal of the substernal goiter. I am looking at code 60260 for completion thyroidectomy. What do you think?
