Hi all

Q: If Thyrotropin alpha J3240 is given two days in a row, would you still bill out the J3240 for the second day? Since the medication comes in a kit would you bill the J code on the first day and not the second?

We do, but I am not sure that is the right thing to do. So I would love to hear how others do it. I just recently joined a practice that uses this medication. I don't have any previous experience with it. This was the way I was told to file it.
