Total time with patient including procedure to remove balloon packing and placement of Surgiflow and discussion with patient primary medical team is 60 minutes.
(ENT MD spent one hour with patient subsequently after patient was admitted and documented it. He did a procedure which is he removed nasal epistaxis packed by ER physician.)
How would I bill this?
