I am looking for advice as to whether it is appropriate to use the time element for code selection for NH admission if the physician is reviewing records with patient and family. The physician is documenting total time of visit and that greater than 1/2 of the time was spent on records review with patient, family, and nurses.

Appreciate any advice or help with this. Thanks
