I have 2 questions, please. Doc wants me to bill 75625, 75710, 99152, and 99153. I am very new to coding, and unsure if I can do this without a primary code? Also, we experienced an equipment malfunction, and after sedation, doc had to stop the procedure. Can I use a modifier for this? Thank you so much for any help!
