I am wondering this is correct for time based coding statement for the 2021 e'm coding guidelines - "spent more than 30 minutes but less than 39 minutes with the established encounter, including time spent (and then the specific tasks performed)." Is there any documentation that notes that the exact time needs to be noted - and not a range of time?
