Can you use nocturia for timing as a HPI component?

I believe that would be Associated Signs and Symptoms, unless it is part of the chief complaint. In that case it might be considered Timing. So there is some flexibility there. Or you could count it as one of the Review of Systems.

Without knowing in which context nocturia is used it is a bit hard to determine where it belongs. In my experience it is most likely part of the ROS (GU). It could be an associated sign/symptom. Could you note the sentence/paragraph in which nocturia was used to clarify, please?
