Please help. Tissue: skin - cheek. History: rash on face.Suspicion scabies.
Gross: Rec. Petri Dish w/dry skin debris that is placed on slide and coverslipped with permamount for immediate interpretation.

Procedures: Tissue Adequacy and Skin Scrape.

Would 87220 be cpt code. Anything else.:
