My software rejected a claim stating there were too many icd10 diagnosis codes for the service rendered (elective abortion). I thought we could enter as many a 12 with the new system. What's this about?
 
You are allowed 12 on the claim but only 4 can be linked to a particular CPT code.. What dx codes did you use for an elective AB
