Wiki Tophaceous abscess?

Does the report specify a location and due to infection? Otherwise, it looks like 'tophus' means a deposit of urates in the skin and tissue around a joint or in the external ear, often times relating to gout. Maybe code the abscess to the location it specifies.

the report states:
the tendon was then reflected distally off the middle phalanx and dissection was carried down further, where an abscess of what appears to be white chalky, tophaceous gouty debris was noted. this was drained and cultured.
Culture states no growth or organisms seen in 24 hrs. or aerobic or anaerobic growth seen in 48 hrs.
Path report: states no gouty tophus is identified.

Thanks
