I can find "partial excision" codes, but what about complete removal of a cuboid? Any ideas? Thanks! :)

So, the cuboid is a tarsal bone and I might call removal an osteotomy. You could probably use osteotomy, tarsal. But, why did they do it, was that all, seems weird? Did they graft or were other procedures done at the same time? Was it treatment of a nonunion of the cuboid, if so that would be repair nonunion tarsal (maybe?).
