looking for a CPT code for a Total Femur Arthroplasty.

Patient had a segmental femur fracture that included the midshaft and distal femur supracondylar. Doctor performed a total hip, total femur and total knee arthroplasty.

Any help with the Total Femur is greatly appreciated.
