Is anyone billing 27350 (patellectomy) with 27447 (knee arthroplasty) to commercial payers? CCI bundles the two codes together but AAOS GSD does not. If you are billing this code pair, are you getting paid?

We've never billed that separately. In the Coding Companion, the patellectomy is included with the total arthroplasty code.
agree, we never bill the patellectomy when doing a TKA. It is all bundled together.
