When the physician performs a TOTAL pancreatectomy but also does a cholecystectomy, splenectomy, duodenectomy, extrahepatic choledochojejunostomy, duodenojejunostomy, are we to code the closest whipple (48154) with a 22 modifier or do we code everything separate....48155, 47760, 44120, 47600, etc.? :confused:
