Can you report cpt code 23420 with 23472?
 
Not if the procedures were performed on the same shoulder.

Per NCCI edits 23420 bundles into 23472 as inclusive unless performed on the contralateral shoulder. The 1 indictor states it is allowed, the limitation is that they are included when it's the same shoulder.
