Hi, would someone give me some input on the correct use of 88333 and 88334?

Received a report for radical mastectomy with axillary dissection. Only one Touch Prep code is listed 88333. However, Spec A) lft breast, sentinel lymph node # 1 removal, Spec. B) lft breast sentinel lymph node # 2, and Spec D) enlarged node have a Touch Prep performed listed on report. Wouldn't this be 88333x1 and 88334x2:confused:

88333 has to be done intraoperativey and applies to each specimen individually. If they mention a touch prep with no mention of a frozen diagnosis it would be 88160.
