Toxicology Bundling challenged

We are an Independent Laboratory that have been experiencing bundling challenges for our toxicology codes and our sevices are denied and not paid: 80307, G0480-G0483, when the ordering provider bills their services for patients in addiction treatment/Detox facilities. They are coding s/a: S0201, S9480, H0015, H0035. We are unaware of what the ordering provider has billed, we are only privy to the tests we have been sent to run. How do we overcome this challenge?
