I'm confused on the drug screen codes. Medicare deleted g6030-g6058 but they are still in hcpcs book.
 
I have the Optum 360 HCPCS book and the codes are there with a line through it showing it as deleted.

Maybe the HCPCS publisher screwed up. Any chance its the AAPC book? I know last years had issues
