Where does TPN fall on the Risk Table? The physicians I work for write orders for TPN and I am not sure if it falls under moderate or high.

Personally, I'd say High if that's the only possible route of administration available. Without it, the likelihood that the patient will die from malnutrition/starvation is pretty much 100%.
