Wiki trach suctioning - Please advise! Patient comes to our hosp outpatient

Good morning!

Please advise! Patient comes to our hosp outpatient services for suctioning of his trach. RN places patient in room and the trach is suctioned by Respiratory therapist. RN notes thick white phylm. Patient d/c.
How or can we bill for this service??
