:DHello all,

Our doc did 43200, 43450 and 31622 to rule out recurrent carcinoma of the tongue

but at the end of the note "The endotracheal tube was then removed back and forth and multiple 3-0 Vicryl stick ligatures were used to close the patient's tracheoesophageal fistula. Some of these were horizontal mattress sutures".....doctor calls this closure of tracheoesophageal fistula attempted.


Any thoughts??? 43305-74 (ASC)
