How would you code the following:

After adequate IV sedation was established, the patient's tracheocutaneous fistula was dilated. Using an electrocautery the inferior aspect of the tracheal opening was widened. This was spread with hemostat. A laser safe wire embedded endotracheal tube was then placed through the tracheotomy site. A dedo (micro) larygoscope was used to visualize the larynx. This was held in place with the Lewy suspension arm. Using a laser at 100 watts in continuous mode a fairly wide right posterior transverse cordotomy was performed. A #6 fenestrated cuffless trach tube with the disposable inner cannula was placed.

Can I use 31600 and 31541?

Any input is greatly appreciated.
