Hi,
Does anyone know how you would code a transfacial, transnasal endoscopic gross total resection of a juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma? A Neurosurgeon and ENT did this together and I am coding for the Neurosurgeon. I am leaning to the unlisted code 64999. If that is the code that has to be used, does anyone know what code to compare it to for pricing? Thanks!

Our Neurosurgeon and ENT docs are doing endoscopic skull based procedures and we are using 64999 for the Neurosurgery portion and ENT is using 34999 for theirs. This paper helped us a lot:
