Hi,
Does anyone know how you would code a transfacial, transnasal endoscopic gross total resection of a juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma? A Neurosurgeon and ENT did this together and I am coding for the Neurosurgeon. I am leaning to the unlisted code 64999. If that is the code that has to be used, does anyone know what code to compare it to for pricing? Thanks!
