Trying to find some information on a procedure one of our providers needs help, I was wondering if anyone has ran into this situation..

CPT code(s) for:
1. breast surgery for female to male transgender
2. Subcutaneous mastectomy with free nipple grafting (FNG)

if a breast reduction, is FNG bundled?

Help please :/
