Wiki TRANSISTIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT w/ E/M service

If justified/documented. Can a physician code a TCM code with a E/M. I am looking at CCI and do not see a edit nor do I see a exam component to the TCM. I am thinking yes if necessary but want to double check.

All E/M services provided on the same day as the TCM are included in the TCM. You would not bill E/M services separately.
