Do you know if a TCM code 99495 can be billed with 99392?
 
My CCI Validation report says ok, however I would always check with the patient's carrier on these cases. Although you submit what might be Correct Coding, insurance does not always pay according to Correct Coding (for example Medicare and Consults).
