Hi. How would you code the following? Note that the abscess was not in the prostate, nor was it incised.

The transrectal ultrasound probe was then placed into the rectum. Under ultrasound, a fluid collection was identified just distal to the apex of the prostate. Using 18 gauge spinal needle, the fluid was aspirated percutaneously through the perineum under ultrasound guidance. Approx 15mL of purulent fluid was aspirated. There was no residual fluid remaining. The area was injected with 80mg of gentamicin. The ultrasound probe was then removed.

Thanks for the help!!
