Can 93462 be used during an afib ablation if a 'full and complete' left heart cath was not done?
 
Yes, you can use this if a transseptal puncture was done during an ablation (93651-93652) a left heart cath does not have to be performed. It used to be a 22 mod would have to be used if done transeptally, but new to 2011 is ithe 93462.
