Wondering how others are billing/or not billing the first phone check
a patient has for the new year, now that the codes are time restricted
(90 days) Especially where there has only been 30-60 days since last check
done in 2008. Are you using the 2009 date as your "start" date and
not charging until 90 days from that date or going from 90 days out from the
patients last check in 2008?

I will be starting with 2009 as the first 90 days, and see what Medicare will do. I feel since it started in 2009 that is when it should start.
