Wiki Transverse fracture and dislocation of radial and ulnar shaft

Hoping to get some input on this: Patient presents with a transverse fracture and dislocation of shaft of left radius and ulna after a fall. Provider performed ORIF of right radius and ulna. 25575? Does this include treatment for the dislocation? Thanks for any input!

I'd say that's the correct code for treatment of both the ulna and radius. As ORIF (open reduction internal fixation) indicates, this includes the reduction of the dislocation. Make sure you have the correct modifier to go with it- your note says injured left but treated right.
