You can code the underlying injury/trauma primary followed by cranial neuropathy; a combination code will not get...articles states due to severe injuries like basilar skull fracture cranial neuropathy happend...

Need to query whether the trauma is acute or chronic to determine whether acute injury to nerve (951.9) or Late effect of injury (907.1). 352.9 can be coded as sdx any way.
