Wiki travel vaccine---CPT 99401-99404?????

pt initially seen 10.3.14.
full hx, exam & mdm (9920x) with travel HepB & admin and documentation for 2nd booster shot to follow.

pt see 10.31.14 for 2nd HepB booster shot.
99212 & HepB & admin submitted.

As the "booster" was prescheduled and there are NO new issues I will not be submitting 99212.

However, in reviewing if there is an I9 for "travel vaccines" I came across some coders references to 99401 - 5(counseling risk factor & behavior change) to submit for "travel vaccines" in lieu of E&M.

I read CPT 2014 & supercoder definitions and, although I do agree the travel vaccine is preventive for illness, I do not agree with the code.

Am I missing something?
