I am in Ohio and we bill Medicaid exclusively (type 84 & 95). Im wondering if there is a way to bill for SUD treatment plan updates. I was told the 90832 could be used but Im not clear on that.

Hi, I'm in Florida and I have the same question. We used to bill Treatment Plan, Biopsychosocial, FARS and Treatment Plan Review just for MDC patients. I was told that the 90791 can be used for Biopsychosocial and it includes the Treatment Plan.
- I'm not sure if that is the code that can be used for MDR
- and also I don't know if there is one code for Treatment Plan Review
In my case the counselor is providing the service.
